Is there a one-time setup or onboarding fee?
Onboarding is included with both plans. The Revasi team handles floor plan setup, reservation policies, automated guest communications, and team training as part of getting you live — there is no separate setup invoice for standard onboarding. Custom integrations or migrations from legacy systems may be quoted separately.
Can I switch between Revasi Lite and Revasi Pro?
Yes. Upgrades from Lite to Pro take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the features you have paid for through the current month.
How does pricing work if I have multiple venues?
Pricing is per venue, per month. Restaurant groups, hotel F&B teams and operators with multiple concepts run on Revasi Pro with consolidated billing across all outlets. Groups with 5+ outlets receive a tailored quote — book a demo and we will build a plan around your covers and your team.
Are there per-cover commissions or booking fees?
No. Revasi never charges per cover, per booking, or per guest seated. Diners pay nothing to book through Revasi. Your monthly subscription is your only platform cost — growth in covers grows your business, not your software bill.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not run self-serve trials. Onboarding is high-touch and run directly by the Revasi team — floor plan, comms, policies and integrations are configured alongside your team rather than handed to you cold. Book a demo and we will walk you through the system live, with your actual service in mind.
What is included in onboarding?
Onboarding covers floor plan and section setup, reservation and cancellation policies, branded guest communications, dietary and occasion handling, integrations with your POS and existing tools, and team training for floor and management. Most restaurants are live on Revasi within a week.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Both Lite and Pro are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Reservation data and guest profiles are exportable at any point so nothing is held hostage.
